How do I place an order with Lyza Fashion?

Browse our products and place items into bucket. Safe & Easy checkout where you can either check out as a guest or create an account for promotional offers and track your orders.

What happens once I have placed my order?

Once your order is completed and your payment has been received by us, we will send a confirmation email to you, advising that your order is being processed. Items will usually be shipped within 1 working days of confirmation of your order.

Am i required to set up an account before i place an order?

Yes, in order to purchase products from Lyzafashion you need to register at checkout before you’re taken to our secure payment. Registration is simple and will take you less than 60 seconds. Don’t worry, we won’t disclose your email address to any third parties, neither will we bombard your email account with irrelevant marketing promotions.

Is my personal information kept private?

Yes, we do not share any information given by you to a third party. Please read our privacy policy for more information concerning this matter. Our website and eCommerce systems use industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption to keep your personal details entirely safe and secure.

Can I cancel or amend an order?

Please contact us immediately at support@lyzafashion.com. If the item has not been shipped, we will do our best to assist you.

How much do you charge for delivery?

For orders to UK addresses, we charge a flat fee that will be mentioned when you check out.

Can i change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch, we can cancel an item. If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched you will have to return the order back to us and a refund will be issued. For items that are made to order, once the Lyzafashion begins production of the order you are unable to cancel the order. However, once you receive the order, if for any reason you are unhappy with the product, you are still eligible for a refund provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.

 

Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Lyzafashion Clothing’s UK warehouse.

When will I receive my package?

Items are typically shipped within 1 days of order confirmation. Delivery usually takes 2-3 days for UK deliveries and 5-7 days for International.

Do I have to pay customs / import charges?

No charges are payable on orders delivered to addresses within the EU. Goods shipped outside of the EU may be taxed at standard rates.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit/debit cards such as Visa, UK Maestro and MasterCard. We also accept payments viaPayPal. The methods of payment are shown on the website and you will also be asked to select your preferred method of payment at the payment stage. All our orders are processed through a secure checkout system. To ensure that you don’t experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.
